About the Author

I was a stressed out Mum to 2 babes, doing the best that I could and running myself ragged doing it. I had a life time of stress related illnesses and was told by the specialist that I had had too many stomach operations and I would have to spend much of my time on morphine, for the rest of my life.

I was a school teacher and re-trained to be a Yoga and meditation teacher, dedicating myself to improving my own health and happiness to better serve my family and others. Since I have made this change, I have not had to take any pain killers. I am by no means perfect, my friends call me a ‘real’ Yogi, as I enjoy my wine often, and my red meat, sometimes. After teaching Yoga for 6 years, and in my own self-study, I became fascinated by the mind/body connection and gained further training in therapy for breast cancer. I now help people develop calm lives as a prevention for sickness and after.
