After each workshop or speaking gig I do, people come up to me and ask if I do one-on-one, or if I can come and help a friend of theirs or their staff.
In the past, this hasn’t been a possibility for me and I have requested that they come to a class or random workshop….BUT…. I have finally been able to open my doors to you!
I’m super excited to let you know that I am now the CEO of ‘Breathe and Be Mindful.’

HUNDREDS OF CLIENTS ARE GLAD THEY CHOSE OUR COMPANY
“As someone who is just starting their own journey of health and well being I have found Victoria’s style of teaching to be refreshing and informative. Passionate about learning, and generous when sharing her knowledge she easily inspires the best from others.”
Rachel, Art Teacher.
“I met Victoria Yuen when we were both at a women’s well being day. She is a yoga teacher and a passionate advocate for calmness like myself. Her techniques have helped lots of people – and children – get more sleep and live healthier lives.
Maggie Dent Author, Parenting & Resilience Educator.
“I learned many tips for meditations and the importance of being still. The classes were relaxed and stress-free. Thank you for passing on your knowledge and expertise. We were blessed to be in your presence.“
Sandra , S & H Construction
“As Manager of Information Services for Narrogin Regional Library, I had the pleasure of working with Victoria Yuen in a professional capacity through a variety of community engagement programs facilitated by the Library. Through her business, Victoria’s Place, she provided Yoga and Meditation sessions for an at-risk teen program called Finding MY Place and Adult Learner’s Week. She was very professional, able to engage students and adults of different cultural backgrounds and provided a peaceful, safe and nurturing experience for students with a wide range of social, emotional and self-esteem issues. It was remarkable to see the difference in the students at the end of the session. “
Rachel Howe, Narrogin Regional Library
“Victoria’s mindfulness and meditation sessions at the local independent school has helped staff members reflect, focus and flourish in order to enhance their daily lives. The benefits gained are tremendous and have allowed staff to reduce their stress, operate more productively and connect in a more positive and emotionally supportive way with their students. The school community has embraced Victoria, and her ability to increase our awareness of mindfulness practices is a testament to her willingness to improve the lives of others.”
Dean Owens – teacher
“Victoria has recently completed a 3 week Mindfulness Meditation course with our Support Group members, who are either living with cancer or are carers.
Victoria was able to get to everyone’s level by using her own life as an example and I find that bringing the topics back to a personalised account, carries a lot more meaning for those living with cancer.
She was also very clear & concise and the techniques were uncomplicated.
Victoria also has the ability to add humour to the session plus gave generously of her time to answer any related questions”
